Who are we

Dr Daisy Sunderalingam is Co-Director of MindShift at Forrow. She brings deep expertise from her senior clinical psychology roles to apply evidence based psychological and behavioural techniques to help organisations shape leadership, culture, and change programmes.

Nidhi Parekh is Co-Director of MindShift at Forrow. She brings extensive experience from NHS services, and private practice. She advises organisations on behaviour change and wellbeing strategies, bringing evidence based approaches to help leaders and teams deliver sustainable change.

We are a team of accredited psychotherapists and doctoral-level psychologists with expertise in mental health, workplace wellbeing and behaviour change. What sets us apart is our ability to combine clinical insight with organisational strategy.

Engagements range from two to four weeks, extending to six to twelve weeks for larger organisations. We deliver remotely, on-site in the UK, or hybrid depending on client capacity and objectives.

We offer a ten-year mutual NDA between Forrow and your organisation as standard.

What does an initial consultation involve?
