Our Interview Process
At Forrow, our interview process is designed to ensure mutual success. It’s not just about evaluating your skills, but also about discovering if Forrow is the right place for you.
- Step One: An interview with your manager. This is focused on understanding you as a person and ensuring the role aligns with your goals and values.
- Step Two: An interview with a peer or group of peers. Here, we assess how your skills can make you successful in the role and integrate with the team.
- Step Three: A reverse interview. You’ll have the chance to interview a relevant member of staff at Forrow. Ask them the questions that matter most to you and gain valuable insights into working with us.
